Directions for Use:

Recommended Daily Dose:

• Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
• Children aged 3-12: 5ml (1 teaspoon)

Winter Dose:

• Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
• Children aged 3-12: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily

Cautions and Warnings:

• Not suitable for children under 3 years
• Do not exceed the recommended intake
• If pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking other medication, please seek medical advice before taking
• Keep out of reach and sight of children
